Our client, in the Fraser Valley, is currently in need of an CAD Drafter to join their team on a contract basis. Possibly an opportunity for a permanent job for the right candidate, depending on business volumes.
The work will be in the area of Instrumentation & Control, HMI, and PC networking technology in support of a wide variety of Engineered Solution projects in Material Handling.
Knowledge base should span a broad range of PLC hardware and software. Field commissioning experience in controls / HMI projects would be a definite plus.
The ideal candidates will possess an appropriate Technology diploma, Professional designation or equivalent experience, be comfortable meeting project schedules with a minimum of supervision, and have proven technical ability and experience in their subject domain.
