My client is looking for 4 project managers in the Edmonton area to work on both commercial and civil projects where the concrete is self performed. They are looking for both Senior and Intermediate project managers to run construction projects from inception through to completion.
You will need to have experience in self performing concrete and have worked on projects up to $50 million within Canada.
You will be asked to run projects from inception through to completion so you will need to set up the master schedule, procurement of sub contractors and materials, supervision of project team, budget and cost control. You will run all aspects of the projects and have full autonomy to run the projects as you see fit and be expected to bring the project in on time, to the client satisfaction, and in terms of profits.
